1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ub888 website, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the ub888 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. 3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one (1) account on ub888. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ub888 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ub888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 3.3 Account Transfer

ub888 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your account or any funds held therein to any other party.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

ub888 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. All players are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed, and ub888 may request re-verification at any time.

Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, and UMID Card. ub888 may additionally request proof of address and proof of payment method ownership.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe communicated by ub888 may result in a hold on withdrawals and, in cases of suspected fraud or AML concern, permanent account suspension. ub888 will process and store your KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ub888 accepts deposits through the following local and digital payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

ub888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Funds deposited into your ub888 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party source may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification. ub888 aims to process approved withdrawals as quickly as operationally possible; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment channel, the volume of pending requests, and any additional verification requirements triggered by the transaction.

ub888 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that exhibit patterns inconsistent with normal player activity. Withdrawal requests may be declined where ub888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

5.3 Inactive Account Balances

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ub888 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant account balances after the applicable notice period, in accordance with its published dormant account policy.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

ub888 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each promotion, including but not limited to: eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering on games with a Return-to-Player (RTP) lower than the minimum specified in the promotion terms may not count toward wagering requirements.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

ub888 employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional loopholes, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee a profit, or any pattern of play that suggests the primary intent is to withdraw bonus value without genuine participation in the games. Where bonus abuse is detected, ub888 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the ub888 platform are governed by the individual rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules before placing any wager. In the event of a discrepancy between the rules displayed in the game and these Terms, the game-specific rules take precedence with respect to that game.

All games on ub888 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by recognised testing laboratories to ensure fair, unbiased outcomes. ub888 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.

In the event of a technical fault — including but not limited to disconnection during a game round, server error, or software malfunction — ub888 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Winnings generated during a verifiably faulty round may not be honoured.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ub888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to regular players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games and sports betting.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to: chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Using the ub888 platform to launder money or otherwise facilitate financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage; any winnings derived from exploiting a known error will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ub888 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to ub888's systems, databases, or the accounts of other players.
• Registering while subject to a self-exclusion order or while known to be ineligible under applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ub888 platform — including but not limited to the ub888 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, game content, and audiovisual materials — is the intellectual property of ub888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ub888 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the ub888 platform without prior written authorisation from ub888.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ub888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the ub888 platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage.

ub888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ub888 account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ub888 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ub888 will make reasonable efforts to ensure platform availability but accepts no liability for downtime caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including scheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

ub888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• Detection of ineligible use, including use by a person under the age of 21.
• At the player's own request, including where a self-exclusion request is made.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, ub888 may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the player's request and no breach has occurred, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
